This year, our commitment to building a neurodiversity-inclusive future of work has been recognised with a leap in our B Corp score, rising from 89 in 2023 to 111.4 in 2025. It reflects the care we’ve put into our people, our community, our clients, and the planet.
Over the past year, we’ve:
- Invested in fairer pay and flexible working for our team
- Delivered impactful training – 100% of support workers reported an improved understanding of neuroinclusive practice, and 85% said they felt more confident supporting neurominority individuals
- Supported clients – 80% reported improved financial stability, 85% saw a productivity boost, and 90% experienced better work-related wellbeing
- Shared our expertise with the wider community through free events and mentorship
- Kept sustainability at the heart of how we operate
Most importantly, we’ve listened – to our staff, our partners, and the neurominority voices at the core of our work.
Looking ahead, we’re building on this progress with new initiatives in staff wellbeing, community partnerships, customer transparency, and environmental responsibility.
