Work can be different with Send it to Alex.

About us

Founded by two neurodivergent sisters, Send it to Alex offers a support service that meets the support requirements of neurodivergent professionals at work.

Our vision is a world of work where everyone is included, empowered, and accommodated.

About us

Our services

We’re committed to closing the disability employment gap in the UK for neurodivergent people in three key ways: connecting individuals with trained Support Workers, neuro-inclusive training for organisations and Support Workers, and advocacy throughout the process of applying for funding for support.

Support Worker Service

Administration, communication, and executive function support for neurodivergent individuals.

A dedicated service to identify work-related challenges, possible solutions, and support applying for Access to Work funding for neurodivergent individuals.

Neurodiversity Training

Learning resources for employers and support workers who want to implement neuro-inclusive practices.

Our team

Our team is committed to improving the working lives of neurodivergent individuals.

We tailor our services to evolve with our clients’ needs by measuring the impact of our support, engaging with up-to-date research, and looking to our own lived experiences as neurodivergent people in the workplace.
