  • Accountability calls to stay on task, complete tricky tasks and provide space for focus and increased productivity
  • Helping to identify feelings and manage appropriate responses to communication and work-related situations
  • Planning and prioritising tasks in a way that they are easy to start

  • Helping to explain information and identify misinterpretations
  • Proofreading text for misrepresentations, grammar and spelling
  • Synthesising key information from lots of text
  • Drafting, editing and responding to emails and letters

  • Identifying and implementing formal administrative processes and procedures related to your work, including creating and maintain filing system for important documents/information
  • Managing email inbox and replies and discarding or actioning tasks
  • Helping with diary management by structuring and planning the working week
  • Breaking down projects and helping to centralise and prioritise task list using tools and strategies

  • Managing schedule and rescheduling meetings
  • Monitoring time to identify how different tasks take up time, and scheduling tasks accordingly
  • Helping to set realistic deadlines and support to meet them
  • Build strategies to manage time more efficiently and build positive habits into each day

  • Helping to acknowledge, reflect and move forward from difficult or emotionally-charged experiences at work
  • Helping to process and respond to triggering feedback
  • Helping to refocus on the work that needs to be done
  • Helping to implement coaching strategies to prevent and manage emotional and sensory dysregulation at work
