- Managing email inbox and replies and discarding or actioning tasks

- Managing schedule and rescheduling meetings
- Monitoring time to identify how different tasks take up time, and scheduling tasks accordingly
- Helping to set realistic deadlines and support to meet them
- Build strategies to manage time more efficiently and build positive habits into each day

- Helping to acknowledge, reflect and move forward from difficult or emotionally-charged experiences at work
- Helping to process and respond to triggering feedback
- Helping to refocus on the work that needs to be done
- Helping to implement coaching strategies to prevent and manage emotional and sensory dysregulation at work

- Creating documents and templates for you to follow
- Helping with keeping track of notes and records

- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
