Lillie Jamieson
Co-founder and Director
Lillie Jamieson is a neurodiversity advocate, keynote speaker and award-winning entrepreneur. As Co-founder of Send it to Alex, she plays a central role in shaping the organisation’s mission to improve employment outcomes for neurodivergent and disabled people.
With over a decade of experience supporting leaders in the tech sector and developing impact-driven support services, Lillie has become a recognised voice on neuro-inclusion in the workplace. She works with organisations across the UK to help them better understand neurodivergent experiences and build more inclusive workplace practices.
Diagnosed later in life as autistic and dyslexic, Lillie combines lived experience with professional insight into workplace systems, neuro-identity and inclusive design. She recently completed her MBA at the University of Exeter, focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion and digital transformation.
Her professional background spans executive support, startup operations, service design and organisational leadership, with a strong focus on identifying workplace barriers and improving wellbeing and performance for neurodivergent individuals.
Lillie regularly speaks on topics including autism through a feminine lens, the intersection of trauma and neurodivergence, and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria, sharing research-informed insights that help organisations take meaningful action.
