Cat Barnsley is the Partnerships Manager at Send it to Alex. Her work is grounded in lived experience and driven by a deep commitment to building inclusive, empowering networks and communities.

Before moving into the neuro inclusion space, Cat spent a decade in corporate environments where understanding of different ways of thinking was often limited. She saw talented colleagues struggle – not because of their ability, but because the support and adjustments they needed weren’t in place. These experiences continue to shape her work and drive her commitment to creating better, more inclusive systems.

In her role, Cat delivers neuro affirmative training, manages internal and external communications, and speaks daily with individuals seeking support in their working lives. No two conversations are the same, and she approaches each one with respect and care.

Drawing on this, Cat is a passionate advocate for increasing understanding and making workplace adjustments more accessible, so people can work in ways that are sustainable, effective, and true to them.
