Alex Jamieson is a Chartered MCIPD professional and Co-founder of Send it to Alex. As HR and L&D Director, she brings over a decade of experience in people strategy, workplace training and inclusive leadership development, helping organisations build more inclusive and supportive workplaces.

A late-diagnosed neurodivergent professional and proud parent to children with neurodevelopmental conditions, Alex brings both lived and professional insight into the barriers neurodivergent individuals can face at work. Her passion for people and their journeys has shaped her commitment to creating accessible environments where difference is understood and valued.

Alex regularly speaks on neuro-inclusive practices and leads the design and delivery of training programmes that help organisations better understand and support neurodivergent employees. She believes that when individuals are supported to harness their strengths, everyone benefits.
