Join us on Wednesday 4th March, 12.30-13.30, for an inspiring session with Send It To Alex founders and sisters, Lillie & Alex Jamieson, on their journey to neuro-inclusive leadership.
After years of burnout, overwhelm, and pressure to “fit in”, sisters Lillie and Alex Jamieson were both diagnosed with autism in their 30s. Suddenly, experiences that had felt personal – exhaustion, anxiety, and self-doubt – made sense in a wider context: the workplace wasn’t built for the way their brains worked.
Instead of giving up, they asked a different question: What if work could fit people – not the other way around?
In this free International Women’s Day webinar, Lillie and Alex share their journey of late diagnosis, self-advocacy, and co-leadership. They’ll explore how thoughtful adjustments, practical support, and neuro-inclusive design can transform workplaces for professionals with cognitive differences, teams, and organisations.
You’ll leave with real strategies, inspiring stories, and proof that inclusion makes systems work better for everyone.
This session will explore
- The real cost of workplaces that don’t fit How misunderstanding and missed support lead to burnout and self-doubt
- Why accommodations aren’t “special treatment” How clarity, flexibility, and understanding unlock talent and trust
